I came up with my own costume.
First,
i got my inspiration from this picture.
ha was in all white actually.
I photoshoped it actually.
To the acceptable colour.
Next,
I draw out.

a little bit explanation.
the main top and ruffles are not together
they are 2 separate pieces.
the main top might be a normal black longsleeve shirt
+
shoulder pad (customization)
then it will look more like Prince!
Haha
And that thing around my hand.
also different.
3rd step.

there is a need to add more bling bling.
That one is not planned yet.

Haha, i know where to get black/White ruffles blouse or shirt.
but it's kinda costly.
it's more of a gothic shirt.
but you can try at.........
a) far east those gothic shops.
b) the cathay
if not, if you are able to find a white ruffled shirt yet it is at a cheap price, DYE IT! :DDDDDDDDDD
JUST DYE IT.
MAKE YOUR OWN SHIRT.
get a white shirt and put ruffles.
ruffles can be bought from spotlight or chinatown!
or try arab street, places where sell fabric :)
