My Sembawang...

The other side of Sembawang.
Do you really know a lot about Sembawang?
My home town?
Especially those who live in Sembawang.
After all my almost 8 years breathing Sembawang's oxygen,
I never knew a lot about it.
There are a lot more to discover than you know...
Sembawang may be a small town,
just like Singapore compared to other country,
but there are a lot of things that you can discover.

In Sembawang,
there is the Hot Spring.
A very peaceful spot
where you can soak your body into the warmth of the
hot spring water...
Close your eyes,
let the phenomenon of the water loosen your thigh muscles.
A calm gust of wind brushes your skin,
giving you a cooling sensation complimenting the warmth of water.
Situated in the middle of the forest,
allow your ears to rest with the relaxing sound of nature.
Bird chirping,
and music created by the delicate leaves as the wind blows,
under the clear blue sky filled with white cotton candy all over...
Once you are done,
let your body to dry...
Once they are dry,
your skin will be as soft as a baby's bottom.
If you are lucky enough,
there will be a man in his golden years
giving you massage.
Hot spring water has been known to have healing properties,
specifically its ability to get rid of aches and pain.
In the sixties, the locals believed that the sizzling water
was known to get rid off the bad luck
off the punters before they went to horse races.
History of the Hot Spring

...
I was doing my regular cycling routine,
as I decided to explore more about what Sembawang owns.
Have you ever tried cycling or traveling around the
'Riches' part of Sembawang?
The bungalow and terrace on top of the hill,
behind the renovating Sembawang Shopping Center.
What was the first thing that came out of your mind when i say
big bungalows and terrace?
Well for me, nothing much...
Just $$$!
Hehe...
Besides that, there are more to it.
It is obvious to see beautiful megalomanic bungalows.
As I was cycling through the road,
it was very quiet and peaceful.
All you see are just house after house.
Guess what i saw with my own bare eyes?
Chicken!
Yup! Chicken!
Real life chicken!
Those kind of chicken in the kampung!
Wandering on the streets!
I had shock of my life.
Life Chicken? Sembawang? Bungalows?
Impossible!
But true!
You have got to check it out yourself.
Maybe some of you might think i am lying about it,
but i am telling the truth!
If Chelsea and Hannah is reading this,
I have got to bring you to the place!
As soon as possible!
Coz i am afraid that they might get slaughtered.
Hehe...

Well thats all i got to say...
See you then...
I might draw up my last blog on Tuesday before i go to Kl...

My day is...

Lately my days just went by like that.
Nothing impressive.
But did treasure every minute of it.
Just now, i went to Mustafa Center with my family.
My mom wanted to buy gift for my new niece.
That thought of going Little India on weekend was already like, argh to me.
What more going into the shopping center...
Surprisingly, it was alright.
It was as crowded as I expected...
Instead of hating the place, I fall in love with Mustafa Center!
U think I am kidding!
But I am seriously NOT!
Why?
And how did I fell in love with it?

Well, for people who know me well,
will understand that I simply LOVE shopping.
Mustafa Center is way not like Far East or Bugis.
But you can find everything there!
Almost Eveyrthing!
My future-to-be-sister-in-law, bought Panda biscuits there.
Guess what flavour?

BBQ!
I was like what the hell!
BBQ? Panda biscuits?
Where else can you find it?
Mustafa Center!
Haha!
They sell each and every item that u are thinking of!
It is also a 24hour shopping mall!
Great right?!
U can shop all you want!
Around the clock!
What more?!
The tags are damn unbelievable!
I mean the price!
Damn cheap!
That is why I am in love with Mustafa Center!
Its all about the price!
I actually wanted to buy a shirt there, but my mom didn't allow.
Why?
Coz I am going KL on Thursday..
So, I can only shop there!
Bloody hell! (not to my mom)
But more to my sister!
She bought a small bottle of hand sanitizer..
You know the one that got the Winnie the Pooh and friends picture in it.
She also bought a small Barney water bottle.
A water bottle for KIDS!
My mom still allow her to buy!
I was damn MAD! But whatever!
I am going to bounce back!
When I come back from Kl, just look at what I bought!
And something cheered me up!
Look at the picture below.

It says;
Work ... 88%
Relax ... 7%
Love ... 4%
Sex ... 1%
This is 100% Singapore!

I was like, HOLA!
This is totally true!
Work is what Singaporeans knows!
All they know is to WORK! WORK! WORK!
No wonder the population is unbalanced.
Singaporean don't want to have sex!
Its like, sex is the last thing on their mind!
Teenagers now a days are dying to have sex with their partner!
They don't mind losing their virginity at a very delicate age.
Why can't adult do it also???
Just go get married,
have sex with your partner
at least once!
Enjoy every second of it,
how does it feels like,
the sensation,
and things like that...
This way, we Singaporean won't be teased like what the T-shirt shows...
If every tourist would buy that shirt
and wear it in their own country.
What will foreigners think of us?
I know!
They will not get a Singaporean partner!
Because,
Singaporean=Sex=WAIT LONG LONG!!!
Wait till i get my Doctorate,
a stable job,
a job that I enjoy,
make a lot of money,
and yadah, yadah, yadah...
Then we can have sex!
By that time, Please get some Viagra ready!
Coz you will really need it!

Well thats all...
Haha..
Actually I have always want people to leave me comments...
But i have never got one..
Never mind.
Just leave comment/s if you have!
Haha!

See ya!

Late night

Yesterday was fun!
I went out with Wen Chang, Jolyn and Grace.
Oh ya! Not forgetting Shafiq and WC's friend.
It was fun
We meet at MacDonald Sembawang at around 11pm.
And sit there and talk.
at around 1plus we went to Canberra Park
We played the swing there for awhile.
And chit chat till 2 plus.
Then head back to MacDonald.
Sit there chit chat again till 3am.
Then head back home.

Here are some photo we took with my dads laptop.

We tried to make LOVE out us.
Its was just hard.
Coz the camera does not give a mirror image.
Therefore our hand coordination is awkward.

Dilemma

First and for most,
I am very proud that I manage to get to Polytechnic.
I manage to meet my target.

Here comes my dilemma.
I was posted to Republic polytechnic
with the Integrated Event management course.
However, I was really looking forward for my 2nd choice.
That is Dental Hygiene and Therapy in Nanyang Poly.
After looking at the 2008 Cut-off point,
I am not eligible for it.
Damn! I got 17 points and e COP for dat course is 14.
There goes my dreams.
But I got 14 points if u I include my CCA points.
Can or not???
Hais....
What to do???
